These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jessicaheredia.com (the “Site”) and any communications you request from Jessica Heredia and Walters | Plaxen Estates at Sotheby's International Realty (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our SMS Text Messaging Program described below. By using the Site, requesting information, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
Content on this Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or guarantee regarding any specific property. Property information, including pricing, availability, and status, is subject to change without notice and should be independently verified.
You may opt in to the SMS Text Messaging Program by submitting your mobile phone number through a form on the Site, verbally providing consent to a member of our team, or otherwise affirmatively providing your consent to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission to do so.

You can opt out of the SMS Text Messaging Program at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you text STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier coverage and performance may vary.
Information collected in connection with the SMS Text Messaging Program, including opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of any information on the Site or sent via SMS. Each Sotheby's International Realty office is independently owned and operated.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site or continued participation in the SMS Text Messaging Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
